What information is stored?

The information that Application Manager Bot stores:

  • For setting a new prefix, it stores guild_id and new_prefix.

  • For setting apply limit , it stores guild_id and new_limit .

  • For setting application logging channel, it stores guild_id and channel_id.

  • For setting blacklist , it stores guild_id , channel_id and role_id .

  • For setting onapplyrole, it stores guild_id and role_id .

  • For setting onacceptrole, it stores guild_id and role_id .

  • For setting questions , it stores guild_id and new_questions .

  • For making a suggestion a/suggest command , it stores user_id ,user_name and guild_id ,guild_name and suggestion.

Why we store the information and how we use it.

As you can read the working of the Application Manager Bot . You can see that here how much an ID(regardless of guild_id, channel_id, message_id, author_id) plays a role for being an Application Bot. These ID's are stored so that you can also check for your application not only at tome of applying also till the application database is not cleared by the server owner.

Who gets this data?

Your application data i.e. application that you applied can be seen by anyone with command get <@user> and anyone can see what you filled in application if the application logging channel in the given server is open to everyone. And for your knowledge we store guild_id ,channel_id ,user_id, message_id so that bot can provide you the better features.These data can't be seen by anyone except the owner.

If you have any concern about your data you can join our support server i.e. AM Support Server and dm the Owner or Admin for the same.

How to get your data removed?

If you want you r data to be removed, You can simply ask the owner or Admins of the server for which your data was stored to remove the data. They can simply use the command remove <application_id> to remove your data. Here application_id is the id you will get just after applying for any application in the particular server. OR You can simply Join our support server AM Support Server and ask for help.
